Roll Slender
This machine uses a massaging motion to provide a full-body lymphatic drainage massage. During the massage, under the supervision of our therapist, you will take

Pressotherapy
This is a medical and beauty treatment designed to enhance the flow of lymphatic system, improve circulation and enhance deep detoxification. It uses an air pressure machine to inflate a suit that squeezes arms, legs and abdomen in a rhythmic motion, similar to a massage.

What should I bring, and what can I expect?
Please arrive with a pair of socks and gym attire for all treatments. We ensure all machines are sanitised before and after every use. We provide filtered water and electrolyte drink (Isagenix Amped™ Hydrate) to help keep the body hydrated throughtout your session.
Before starting your journey we offer you the option to be weighed and measured using MyTanita and Renpho Health app. Our specialised equipment will measure your BMI, bone density, body fat, muscle mass, and much more. Therefore giving you the right information needed to track your goals.
For customers interested in the Pressotherapy treatment we advise removing watches and jewellery, avoid body cream, or make up if you have requested the red light theraphy facial treatment.
